They think they have all the answers and aren't willing to listen to dissenting opinions. Zucker is cleaning house now to buy himself more time in his job. It won't be long before we start seeing these management overhauls come down to the local level. Look for the GM and news directors at the O&Os to lose their jobs too as the Peacock continues to lose its feathers. Message: The BC O&O's are performing well with the worst lead ins. They're all safe.
