WFAA has 8.3 and CBS11 has 8.2 Both round down to an 8 so I guess you could call it a tie. No great victory for either. The battle there will continue. Watch for Local People Meters in September. That could change everything. |

WFFA took second place but you're right, it's so little that it won't make any difference to advertisers. I think it's a shame that with 3 decades as the news giant that WFAA has slid to where they are. As for CBS11 they have their problems too. But they have made some good hires and it will be interesting to see where all of this is a year from now. Mike Devlin is new at WFAA but has a long history of success. Let the battle continue!
