believe me... i know that more than anyone. i had an eating disorder not too terribly long ago. and i still struggle with it on a daily basis. i'm writing this not so much to defend kelly, but for all the young girls who emulate what they see on tv. kelly has all the classic sypmtoms of anorexia. including aging of the skin, protruding, jutting bones and a head that appears to large for the body it's on (i'm not being funny here.... that is a legitimate symptom).
the reality of what this does to your body is beyond what anyone can possibly imagine. i'm not able to have kids, my bones will become excessively brittle as i age because i went so long without a period (no estrogen), and the hell it put my family through, i can never fix that.
falderal.. i know you like skinny women, most of us do, but please think about what you say before you say it. anorexia is not to be taken lightly. so many people have died from it.. and more older women are getting it. if you really cared for kelly, you wouldn't want her ruining her health. |

It doesn't mean they have an eating disorder. I'm rooting for you, too, morningsrgr8, and for all women who struggle with this. But I happen to see Kelly fairly often, and I've been at the same restaurant when she's been there with her family, and I've seen her eat. Now, I didn't follow her into the bathroom or anything, but she has a healthy appetite. She works out with a trainer constantly, has three jobs, about two-dozen active kids (kidding) and a busy life. That's why she's skinny. That, and genetics. I think she's beautiful, but I also like some women like Eva Mendez with a lot of meat on their bones. It's not just about being skinny. We urge heavy women to be content with their bodies, but make naturally skinny women feel like they're freaks.
