don't look at 3 right now. Product has turned stale and meaningless. They don't even cover the big stories of the day in ct. They try to find "enterprise" stories -- that nobody but management thinks are important. I have been in the market for years and have always envied their product and quality. It's shocking to see what a terrible turn they've taken in one year. No surprise their numbers are so bad this book, it's been slipping for months and months. The GM had to have seen this coming.

depending on how you negotiate and the station. you should be able to get around 38-42G with 2-3 years experience. i know some reporters with about 6 years experience (2 years in the market) making close to 55G. 40G is not out of the question. anyone making less than 38 was probably preety young and hungry. management loves that...dont let them take advantage of you!
