1--I hate clock watchers--you "hall monitors" need to get a life. If you have so much extra time on your hands to notice who's coming in when...you need more work to do.
2--No manager in this business has ANY RIGHT to complain when someone comes in a few minutes late, considering EVERY manager in this business just ASSUMES we'll all stay late for live shots, work extra shifts in "severe weather (complete joke), or work weekends when we're on call. Bottom line--they don't give a damn about our time why should we care about theirs?
3--This is why when you're done--you're done. Go home! Enjoy the days you're done early. |

think for one very simple reason..THEY SIGN OUR TIME CARDS!!..that's why they're management, and we're labor..anyone who got into this business thinking it was a guaranteed "40 hours a week for a livin'" that Alabama sang about needs to rethink their career choices..
