I live in sunny CA. It is warm and perfect all the time. But in a few weeks I am taking a job up north where it snows and gets below 32 degress most of the winter.
I've never lived anywhere where it snowed or got cold. What do I need to know to prepare for the drastic change?
If you made the move from a warm climate to cold ... I'd love some advice. |

The head is a part of the body that is very important when it comes to cold weather. All of the heat will release from your head. Please use a "tuk" or as they call it, headgear. Don't forget your gloves. Consider GORETEX fabric outerwear and longjohns. We get our fairshare of cold weather & snow in central new york.
Good luck to ya!
