On May 16th, WJZ was enjoying a 12.54 GRP lead over WBAL at 11pm (m-su).
Ten days later, WJZ must be sitting with their heads in their hands wondering what happened...
Like Greg Norman blowing a six shot lead at the 1996 Masters or the Yankees dropping four straight to the Sox, WJZ orchestrated an epic collapse, losing seven of the last nine nights to the resurgent 'BAL.
Congratulations to WBAL - once again finding a way to win... and to WJZ, who somehow found a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, my sincere condolences.
