Topic Name: giving notice Message Name: Contract language Date Posted: 05/26/2005 In Reply To: how much notice does your contract say you need to give b4 u leave? is 30 days standard? anything longer? Message: Most will be about 30 days. Some contracts prohibit you from leaving during sweeps month. That might mean MORE than 30 days if you submitted your resignation a few days before the sweeps period began.
