I heard the distinct POP! and saw the arrogant look on Burt's over-stretched face as he did it.
You only joke around like that if you're friends with the person.

and you if you don't like it you can blame Hollywood and your parents because they've loved the act.
It's a tough guy act that worked in the past and it's being blown way out of context it's silly..he doesn't have to be the guy's friend..that's his style.
