The ND is far from new (4 years +)... and the assistan ND for more than 10 (he's been with the company his whole career)... so original ideas often get shouted down. They have a system, up until recently, it's worked unconditionally (klas is beating them now).. and those that don't like it get shown the door.
Turn over isn't as high as it is in other stations in las vegas, but the city's hot... people come in and out quickly... so even if there's not a job open, chances are it will be inside of a couple of months.
Do yor homework before working for Jim Rogers though. Google, Lexus Nexis... realize he's a crazy rich guy before you sign on the dotted line.
