It's physically impossible to NOT laugh after a Floor Director falls or an unpredictable occurance. Especially in the morning. Any ideas on controlling this? |

If you're reading something that is very serious, I recommend thinking about it this way: you could be the first person to tell a mother her child died in a car wreck or a neighbor his childhood friend, from down the street, was involved in a massive fire. That type of thought sobers me up pretty quickly. I make myself think these serious thoughts. Now, if the story is not that serious, just pray for the best and try to get through it. Sometimes, I'll tell viewers to bear with me because something hilarious just happened in the studio. Good luck!
