Even though my No. 1 pick, "WKRP in Cincinnati," will be held up in licensing limbo, I'd go for these two:
"Police Squad," the predecessor to the Leslie Nielsen "Naked Gun" movies.
"Freakazoid," an animated superhero spoof, produced by Spielberg, that ran on Kids WB in the late '90s.
