I challenge you to name names, or keep your lies to yourself.
I have worked in consulting and I do not believe you have "seen with your own eyes," a firm imploring a station to hire indescript minorities and or c-cup individuals.
Name names or prove once and for all that you are a liar.
What firm, what market and how long ago was this?
Tell the whole truth- did you see it yourself or did you hear from someone else...or did you simply make it up?
If the latter is true, I implore you to slither back into the hole from which you've crawled.
Yes, looks matter in this business but I do not believe you've "seen it with your own eyes."

What firm do you work for?
How long have you been there?
What stations have you consulted for?
What is your area of expertise?
Are you with one of those consultancy groups that is really an agent for various business and talent?
We all know them. They first recommend you change graphics ("here is the firm we suggest"), then change music ("we use this great composer"), and after all else fails and your CSD gets the axe you help to find a great new guy ("we have worked with him for years and he is great") ... you know, the one who just got fired in that other market after you worked with him for years and his numbers never improved.
So go ahead and post away and I will get all the notes I still have lying around as well as the consultancy groups name.
