Two recent examples of WGChell's on-air stupidity. I watched their news Monday night and their anchor pitched to a reporter suposedly "live at Turner Field." The reporter's response: "Well, actually, I'm live here in the newsroom." Could they not see each other through the glass between the studio and the so-called "newsroom?" How could the anchor not have known that the reporter was in the newsroom the whole time?
Later, in the same newscast, they did a story about a plane violating White House air space. The video they showed was of cots being taken into the U.S. Capitol. That video was supposed to have played for the NEXT story, about people possibly have to spend the night at the Capitol during the filibuster. Thanks, WGCL, for the laughs.
