I for one am amused and annoyed at the same time over the lack of effort on CNN's part for even doing this segment in the first place.
How cheap and lazy is it to put a couple of bimbos on TV to read what the bloggers are saying?
Can I please be the first to say;
WHO GIVES A SH** WHAT THE BLOGGERS ARE SAYING?????
I think we've all pumped these "wannabe Carl Bernsteins and Bob Woodwards" up far too much since the 2004 election cycle.
These no life having political junkies need to go outside and get some sunshine instead of combing through the New York Times and Washington Post, clipping articles, and provided the world with their stunningly brilliant commentary on the news of the day.
Oh yeah, and the British chick is smokin hot.

There must be a far better way to execute this idea which is not a bad idea, just poorly executed.
A couple of hand-held cameras in front of two computers on the studio floor looks cheap. I think it is the execution that sucks, not the idea. They should EASILY be able to pre-produce this before air. That's part of the college TV look to this segment.
And yes, the British chick is definitely a babe. The American chick isn't bad either. It must be that British accent that does it for me.
