You say:
"First the producer (still pretty fresh out of college -- aren't they all..)"
No, not so much sweetie. Sounds like you are biased towards this producer from the start. Ah yes, youth and market 40... go together hand in hand... right along with the slow spiral down.
It would seem to me that you are jealous of this relationship, and are likely putting that kind of vibe out there.
However, if it is truly affecting the show, then you may have grounds to complain.
But if the numbers haven't moved, or have gone up (??), then you are just a read-counting anchor.

the original poster is bitching about how "young" the producer is - yet - by her writing it is "totally" obvious she's a child herself.
Talking to the producer won't work. She'll just go to your co-anchor and complain to him and then you'll have TWO people not on your side and talking shit behind your back.
Going to whomever is "in charge" of the show would work for starters. If there is an EP in the room, go there first. DON'T open with "see there's like this relationship going on with the producer of the show and my co-anchor and he like totally gets all the good lines and lead-ins."
Instead open with something like "I don't feel like I'm getting enough to read" or "I'm not getting enough lead-ins or top stories" to toss to." Then ask the person to watch and get back to you with what she thinks about the situation, and what she can suggest you do about it...like say...improving your own performance and focusing less on everyone else's.
