Obviously, you've never worked at a Sinclair station. They don't pay market value at their stations. Ask any anchor that works for Sinclair. They get paid considerably less than market value. That's why they can't get replacements. Also, anyone wanting to sign with Sinclair should do their homework. After the Rolling Stone article as well as several others regarding Sinclair's AntiKerry documentary, many anchors refuse to resign because it jeopardizes their career as well as their credibility. Take your advice from people who have worked there.
