privately, one on one. Don't make a big deal out of it.
If she is a rookie producer she may not realize she's giving your co-anchor more reads. It may be a sub-concious thing. Seriously.
She talks to him all the time, while she's doing the rundown--she's thinking of him as she prepares the show.
You need to remind her nicely that you are there, give her a couple of examples--again be nice.
If it continues, then go to the ND.
