I'm looking my friend, and I like what I see.
Nobody agrees with everything someone does or says, save the brown-nosers. I've never worked a shop where more people think that the ND is a jerk and that is, or was, the prevailing feeling at 222 SW Columbia. Dan listened and cared if you were one of chosen few, otherwise he looked down on you.
I'm not shedding any tears for him since his severance is probably more than most KOINers yearly salary. |

I wish Dan the best. I don't think it's easy being a news manager these days, especially for a company like Emmis.
