In Reply To:	Is management at your station really strict on what time you arrive for work and if you leave before you actual day is officially over? Is it monitored?
Message:	One woman I work with calls EVERY day at the time she's supposed to be in her chair, and says she'll be in in 20 (read: 45) minutes. I'm amazed that she gets away with this --- I've been watching it happen for two years.
