In Reply To: ...copy -- go back after the shows and see if it was changed, and by who. Then ask if you can get some pointers as to why it was changed, what you can do to be a stronger writer. Also, try to take some of your copy to a producer (obviously early in the day) and have them critique your writing. Also, keep in mind that how they prefere writing in your current shop may not be the same at the next shop. You'll have to learn to be really flexible. (For example -- do they do the non-verb lead sentence, or is everything in false present-tense?) Good luck!
Message: Wow... you're REALLY lucky. Here, you have to be part of the Writer's Guild -- and have ten years experience. Learn EVERYTHING you can, take criticism constructively, and good luck!
