Topic Name: WHAG-NBC25 Message Name: go for it Date Posted: 05/24/2005 Message: great learning opportunity at 25. the pay stinks - but it's all about what you make of it. some leave and go to 100 markets - others have gone to huge markets. if you go in with the mindset that you have to haul ass and capitalize on the opportunity - it's a great place. the town is a crap heap and you've got the shoot and edit almost everything...but you can't top what you'll learn. if you can afford it - do it. some of my best friends in the biz came from there. working in such a bizarre place bonds people together.
