I heard there's a reporter opening...how much does it pay?
Is this a good starter market?
where do reporters go after they leave Hagerstown?

$18-25,000...It's a terrific starter market, however it's all in the sticks. There's very little hard news, and 25 doesn't have a good reputation in most of their viewing area, except Hagerstown. After a couple years at the station, reporters usually go to a 40+ market, however a former anchor was great and got a gig at a 20 station. Good luck if you try to pursue a career at WHAG.
