Your post may be a joke, but you have some hidden anger towards minorities, and it looks like you're blaming minorities for your insufficiencies.
Here's a little lesson I've learned.
A local reporter in this market, has won a couple of emmy's and several awards, has his masters, was looking to get on with a specific agent. The agent says, I can't take you because you're white and I have several white reporters I can't move...The said reporter tells me, well, I guess it's just because I'm white and now it works against me.
Low and behold, I happen to meet that said agent, and asked about the conversation between the reporter and the agent, who then told me in private (and since I'm not naming either the reporter or the agent) that the reporter was unattractive, and didn't have strong command of the camera. That if you are unattractive you need to have some sort of presence, or lure.
The bottom line is, those who make the excuse that it's something they can't change, never really look at themselves and see what they're not doing right. Instead, they blame minorities for taking their jobs and then they become better. Who loses? The person with the bad attitude.
Many minorities have overcome oppression and it has made them stronger. Instead of bitching that they're taking the jobs that you may not see you're not good enough to get, just get better and I bet you will be more inviting, and more marketable.
BTW, I'm white.
