Geraldo is anything but a journalist...He is a shameless self-promoter. He has consistently used others' work as his own, and fabricated situations like at the Gary Gilmore execution when he acted like the shooting had taken place right before the camera came to him, when it was actually several minutes before. A real journalist would report the truth, not try to over-dramatize an event to build their own image. The fact that he did Al Capone's vault shows he is more of a showman than newsman. He even wrote a book about his own love life. It's all about Geraldo. He's done well, good for him. Let's not try to make him something he isn't. |

He HAS done well...that's why he has the viewers that he does. I don't want to make him something he isn't, but I will not admit that he isn't a great asset to FNC. He's entertaining and I enjoy his stuff.
