That's the actress who plays "Mandy", and yes, she was the assassin on the plane in the very first episode of "24" in Season One.
She was also the woman who shook President Palmer's hand at the end of "Season Two", a handshake that almost killed him (she was wearing some flesh-eating goo).
Miss Kirshner is also well-known for her portrayal of a bisexual woman on "The L Word", but since I don't get Showtime, I've never seen it.
Note to self: Need to get Showtime.
As for the release of "24: Season Four"... Season Three ended in late May of last year, and the DVD was released on December 7th of last year.
That's done to capitalize on Christmas sales and to generate buzz for the upcoming season, so I'm betting you'll have to wait until December of this year to get the DVD of "Season Four".

That Behrooz kid is a loose end..think he'll resurface?
And that terrorist chick is connected to every episode and has to go! I didn't think anyone was as ruthless as Nina Myers and the former president's ex-wife..Terry wow!
Also when Tony and Michelle kissed at the end I just knew it might spell doom for him...he cannot die! I love his dark...coolness! But when Jack was forced to kill Chapelle and when the other CTU guy went down with the plane in that heroic mission..Jack's wife dying ..I expect the unexpected.
Also is Chole not the funniest thing? I loved this actress on Larry Sanders.. but when she brought that baby into CTU and claimed it was her own last season that was priceless!
How and why did Chloe get fired from CTU?
