great post.. really insightful.
I worked for Dan years ago and found him to be quintessential example of someone who "didn't get it."
I wouldn't trust him to run a deli, much less make the kind of reasoned decisions you mentioned. |

Yeah, the GM and ND are gone. That means the winners at KOIN will rise up and get back to being #1.
Let's see the last time these "winners" won was maybe before Howdy Doody Time. More likely, never ever ever.
So rejoice KOINers. You won, Dan and Dave are gone. They knew more, forgot more, about doing good and winning, than anyone on staff. But gee whiz, they hurt a few feelings. SOB!! Now on to someone else, even new owners, you KOIN "winners" can blame for everything.
What the place really needs is a big broom....unfortunately it hit the top, maybe now someone will have the guts to get all these losers out.
