As a former sinclair prisoner/producer, definitely get a job at Meredith. Sinclair gets far too involved with the content of its stations' newscasts. The send down a list of packages that run about 3 minutes long that their stations MUST RUN. You should see them. They're poorly written, poorly produced, and one-sided. Not to mention sometimes it doesn't work for a particular stations affiliation with a network as in an ABC affiliate or NBC affiliate. I work for a FOX O&O now, and I've never encountered anything like I did at a Sinclair station.
