....is some other station's nightmare. You just know that Lipoff and salamone will turn up elsewhere. Just like in professional sports, many of the inept managers and coaches return to wreak havoc at a later date.
KOIN needs a major makeover to survive. Here's hoping a qualified, knowledegable general manager and news director are hired. |

News Director after News Director, GM after GM... but the same old KOIN. What gives? Maybe the problems go a little deeper than the one or two souls at the top. It's about time for KOIN's old timers to realize TV has changed. The old days aren't coming back no matter who owns the station, who manages the station or which union represents the station. The misery will continue. They'll just find someone new to blame.
