Details are simple but complex.
Salamone came in & treated the employees like garbage from about Day 7. Terrible hours. Tons of 'free' overtime. Meetings where everyone was told they were idiots but never a solution offered.
The employees stopped working for him. Many others simply quit.
The numbers went into the trash can. They're a solid 3rd, teetering on 4th. The employee surveys were literal catastrophes, and EMMIS finally figured out that it wasn't the employees but the management.
As to whether he resigned willingly, I don't know.

So who's in charge around there now?
For those of us who have been trying to get in the door, who do we look to now?
And would you even think about going there?
Do employees have hope things will look up?
New faces couldn't hurt, Lord knows most of the "talent" there - isn't talented at all.
