I was shocked to see 12 take a 15 HH leadin from ER finale and fall to a 7.5 HH for the news. If that's not saying something is wrong, I don't know what is. |

Friday night 12 aired a lengthy story about military recruitment, and how recruiters were allegedly willing to overlook drug use in an effort to boost numbers. The source? Some dopey 17-year-old computer geek who apparently was doing his own version of a Mike Wallace hit piece. No confrontation with the recruiter in question, or comments from the military - just the kid and his allegations passed off as the final word. Bravo.
Then Cooney adds that most new recruits are signing up primarily for the money. Geez, I guess no one is joining the military because they WANT to serve our country, huh??
This is Arizona. Red state all the way. And 12 thinks bashing the military/Bush administration is the way to go. Whoever's running that shop is a fool.
