It really sucked that it was a planned taped segment. Don't know who made that call but most viewers would rather see a live performance by a lesser name talent than a taped show by a big name. And if "SNL" could get them live then why not "GMA"? Just when they were closing the gap on "Today" they shoot themselves in the foot.
