12 has extended past the quarter hour click-point, commercial free, in prior sweeps. This is not new, they're just using a strategy you guys weren't quick enough to catch onto.

at how bored and disinterested Kent Dana looks. If KPHO wants to win, they need to pull Catherine Anaya off the 6:30 and 11 and put Diana Sullivan on. Kent and Catherine just don't have any chemistry whatsoever! I would go with:
Catherine at noon/5:30/6:30pm
Diana at 5/6:30/10pm
Joe at 5/5:30/10pm.
That would minimize the painful Kent and Catherine pairing.
