I can relate. Stations and Networks will always hire younger and cheaper. Those are the facts of this business. You have to deal with them.
Why would they pay you more for your experience when they can groom a 20 something to do it for half as much.
The bottom line is this is a business and not a lot of stock is put in experience, credibility or even knowing how to write.
You don't need any of that anymore.
