On top of that....
Tony Perkins was in the crowd acting as though he was introducing the song ....
it looks like he taped it before the concert even started.

They were counting on people to watch anyway. I went to the show three nights ago and I kept it on. U2 is a must watch, regardless if GMA lied to everyone. They knew people would watch. It was definitely wrong of them to promote it the way they did when it wasn't live at all. What sucks is that U2 is in NY, performing tomorrow at MSG.
