I am suffering from the same syndrome. I know it's time for me to move on and now I'm contemplating pursuing EP positions or getting out of the business.
I, too, would appreciate any words of advice from other producers who've been through this. |

I am also going through the same thing. I have already asked my ND to find me a few days to just even fill in on another show. Maybe field produce for a day. Something to break up the daily grind. As of now, I'm still producing 20 shows a month on the same show. I also find myself hetting really angry when the day crew walks out the door at 6:30. I almost thing I should look to break my contract for an EP position.
