Topic Name: OPRAH: Selling Out For May? Message Name: Are you kidding Date Posted: 05/20/2005 In Reply To: all i'm saying is that Oprah has a show a number one show. She use to not do alot of celebrity based stories then all of a sudden the minute Arnold became Governor and Maria became the first lady of CA. All of a sudden Oprah only did stories with only a celebrity twist to it. I remember seeing every day a celebrity on her show and then Maria being on there several times herself. You can't tell me that it doesn't go hand and hand. But i'm sure Maria help get Oprah more tied in with Hollywood even though she didnt need it. Message: Oprah didn't need Maria to get tied into Hollywood.
