Ok. This is not one of those I hate my job posts. I still love working in TV. I still get a rush for a good story and love breaking news. I have been a producer for 10 years now mainly in a top 15 market producing a 10pm or 11pm show.
In recent months I have grown tired of producing my show. I'm looking for a new challenge. I am bored, easlly annoyed, and just get down right pissed when 6:30 comes and the building empties out.
Is it time to get out of the biz, or maybe time to get off this shift, or I do have the bug to move into an EP roll. Any suggestions? Serious answers please.
