Chi'en is a great guy, one of my favorite people in the biz. My heart goes out to you, dude.
I want to know if anyone in the CONTROL ROOM was disciplined, too. How stupid - to sit on a shot for 8 or 10 seconds while this DOLT with the O and A sign is behind your talent. Hellooo?!?!?! Producer ?! Director ?! T-D ?! Cut to the TAPE, you flipping fools. For God's sake.

Its almost as thought the slowest f-ing minds in tv are the button pushers.
AM DIRECTOR:
"Uh... oooh.. our reporter is being heckled.. uh.. should I.. uh.. change the shot.. uh.. well.. ooh thats gotta hurt.. uh.. hey audio should we kill the mic.. ouch he looks like he's in pain... oh and his tie has been crooked all this time and his fly is open.. why didnt we notice.. uh.. oh.. kill the shot."
