Does anyone know of a small market station that has really quirky, eccentric characters - both on-air and off?
Maybe a Ted Knight in the Mary Tyler Moore Show type anchor, sportscaster with a bad combover who hits on all the women, oddball news director, etc.
Please let me know if you know if a station like this exists.

Oh my YES!
Crazy anchor who must wear the same shirts for years on end; they have sweat stains in the pits; he licks and reuses the same plastic spoon over and over and over and over again;
Sports guy absolutely tries to hit on all the new girls; he's pretty much harmless and cheesy;
The weather geek wears suits that are WAY too big for him;
The host of a particular out doors show used to come in shnookered half the time;
The former news director used to walk around the news room like he didn't know where he was or what the hell he was doing there;
The assignment editor was like Pizza the Hut from Spaceballs;
The GM...oh the GM...a swarmy, gutless, bigoted ass...he can't read a prompter for the life of him...can we say retake number 32 for those stupid editorials...he thinks he's a star!
