When they got rid of Valoppi, they lost the heart & sould of the place. She's a classy, network quality journalist.
She and Jose were the team of the future, and now that's all gone.
Plus her charity work is so impressive.
She'll do well at WFOR. |

Everything mentioned about the News Director is true. Fun, focussed, but, she's no pushover. Valoppi was respected, but, not well-liked. The new GM rules with a velvet hammer. There has been a little turnover, but, nothing too drastic. If you work in the media and you're ever in South Florida, you should stop by a see how a real newsroom is supposed to look and feel. Sure, the numbers are a little down, but, everything is cyclical. WTVJ will come back around.
