People just have different tastes. If they would vote for the person people want eliminated, it would be much more representative, and you wouldn't have pretenders like Scott flying in under the radar. Constantine wasn't the greatest singer, but he is truly a great showman and will go far. I say Vonzell gets the boot tonight...the final will be carrie and Bo. But I've been wrong before. The best doesn't always win, but it is great entertainment and a lot of fun. Face it, no winner has become a really big star...It's just a show. Enjoy it! |

I think it's pretty safe to call Kelly Clarkson a really big star. Certainly not an icon (impossible in such a short length of time), but definitley a star.
She's had great success, much more than any other Idol and many hit songs. She's always on the radio. At least the stations I listen to.
