This could be the worst book ever for the big 12. KPNX is down in EVERY newscast...morning, 5p, 6p and 10p. Is what they do at 4:30 even a news? No numbers mean no viewers guys. What a joy to watch the May overnights. Gannett; please keep the current management team in place. This group has so desimated the station that as a competitor, I love it. Keep them making decisions like they have with the morning show. Even KNXV and KPHO may beat them in some half hours this book putting them at number 4 or even 5 in the timeperiod. The 5p and 6p may be new lows and we see what is happening at 10. Gannett...please keep whoever is in charge..in charge...oh...and thank-you. My job is easier with your fall..and I hear people are still quitting and getting out. Thank-you again you Washington big-wigs. Every book gets worse and by November this station will be done. When the ads for "more viewers" watch 12 come on, I sit back relaxed knowing consumers know better. You have no brand anymore. Again; I love the management now in charge. Their vision is so great for the market and keeps my station rocking. Cooney and Curtis.....rich...and arrogant. We love it. |

Interesting. So, if I read your comments correctly, the other stations are NOT getting better. Their ratings have improved simply because 12 News has self destructed.
If ratings are low enough at 12, then look for heads to roll. Then, new people will be brought in to shore up the ratings. So, then, the other guys' ratings will go down again. Wonderful logic! Beautiful!
