ND is fun, fair and focused. She expects excellence.. nothing less.
Main anchors are easy to work with.. no over the top egos.
One weak point - the assignment desk (lacked organization & focus) - but now that a new manager has taken over the desk, that might change.

TVJ is down, down, down in the ratings.
Loyal employees are being let go with little or now warning. (Obviously a sign that the station is hurting and major changes have to be made).
The anchors are lazy and never get involved in the editorial process of a newscast other than to gossip in the makeup room.
Everyone in the shop watches FOR and SVN to see what's happening and then chase what the other stations are doing.
The ND is nice but the GM runs the shop. By the way, get ready for the GM to blow this ship out of the water.
