My photographers will not put a light on me in live shots! If you look at my shots, and compare them to other reporters...there is a HUGE difference...instead of a flattering medium shot ...all I get is a WIDE SHOT with shadows all over my face.
What should I do?
I am an attractive reporter that does a solid job everyday--- but I can't feel good about it, because my live shots LOOK LIKE SHIT.
Would you go to management??? Do they care??? |

Try to work with the photogs before you get management involved. They'll have more respect for you.
If management comes down on them, your live shots may be well-lit, but the photogs won't go the extra mile for you in other ways.
