Topic Name: TV NEWS IS DYING Message Name: I AM LIVE! Date Posted: 05/18/2005 Message: That's right.. right now I am live from my newsroom with the VERY LATEST!! I think all of you are right. This business can suck but.. you know what.. its been paying my bills for years. You know what else.. its been paying owners bills for years.. AND.. you know what else.. its been putting extra money into sucker businesses that have decided to advertise. Oh yeah.. two more things to the "memo writers." The TV business that you don't seem to care about anymore thanks you for your twelve page memo of a post that you put on here. My only hope is that you don't continue to waste hours of your life on a subject "that you don't care about." Also.. anyone who is posting on here about thousands of viewers coming up to them or about how popular they appear to be.. is either worried about their reputation fading or they live in market the size of my backyard where everyone watches the same station. And yes.. my backyard holds thousands of people!
