I get over a hundred thousand people a night. I cant walk down the street without viewers coming up to me.
People are watching. We obsess more about our demise than anyone else does. There will always be an audience for local news. And there will always be tv. |

the question is not "are people watching."
its WHO is watching and WHAT are they watching and WHY.
Newscasts are not what they used to be. Quality has sufered,and audiences are eroding.
And viewers coming up to you on the street means nothing. And I bet they say, "I watch you all the time!"
Yeah, like they mean it.
