Veteran's Bringing Local Stations Down |

In the perfect world, those who have been in the business for 10, 20, 30 years would bring a wealth of information and context.
So why is it that in just about every staion I've work for, those who have been in the business for a while are dead weight?
In many instances, (not all) they hog their sources, are lazy, not creative and negative. They have so much to offer, but somewhere along the way they've become bitter.
What a waste.
