They say Rather will continue reporting for the main Sunday show, but aren't sure if he'll be featured in the opening "credits."
Sure the ratings for 60-2 were falling, but they were still as good or better than ABC's Primetime Live and most Datelines. I don't believe it when Moonves says the scandal had nothing to do with the cancellation.
So Rather's report helps sinks the network, producers get fired, the show gets cancelled and God knows how many people get laid off ...and he and Andrew Heyward keep their jobs? Unbelievable.
