...that girl has star quality AND talent. She has more vocal skills than Madonna, Janet and JLo--all meagstars. I just don't think America will go for another Black Idol--three years in a row.
Re: Carrie, I picked her to be one of the finalists the first time I heard her sing. She has pure vocals and charming cornpone grace. But NO PERSONALITY.
And why hasn't Simon told her she needs to do a few crunches? I used to think it was just the tops she selected but that girl's got a gut. Call me shallow but Kelly Clarkson got the 'fat' scolding and finally took off the weight.
Bo's acapella was awesome! Powerful! Confident! Go Bo!

hate to say it, but i agree with your first comment about 3 years in a row.
i wouldn't say carrie has no personality, but more like very little. kelly clarkson wasn't that outgoing, ruben studdard may actually have negative personality, unbelievably boring & fantasia, well i can't say i've seen much of her since she won (didn't watch that year).
as for vonzell's, she is good when she's singing songs JUST LIKE they were originally sung, but is very bad when they aren't. her first performance last week (the 10th) was the worst on Idol in weeks if not months.
as for bo, i just don't know - & i like rock.
